Returns and Refund

Purchases made from our online store cannot be returned after purchase. However, if you receive a defective or an expired product, we will be happy to offer a full replacement free of charge upon receiving sufficient proof of purchase and the defect. To process a replacement, customers must send photographs of the damaged or expired product to us at support@grubzz.in

Our team will evaluate the product for any defects related to its quality and if the defect is confirmed, we will replace the product with a new one. If the product has expired for any reason, we will immediately replace it.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations can be processed within 24 hours of placing the orders, by writing to us on support@grubzz.in
Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

·       Incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer.

·       Non-availability of the recipient at the provided address.

·       Refusal to accept the product.

·       If a customer simply does not like the product after delivery or feels it does not meet their expectations.

·       If the product has been tampered with by the customer.
